Hi, I am getting the Activation Error for my payroll subscription too. However, when I attempt to "resubscribe," I am given an option to "verify information," and NONE of the options are legitimate. Therefore, I click on Contact, and keep going in circles. Can someone please help me with this?
Which QuickBooks Desktop plan(Pro, Premier, or Enterprise) and version(year) are you using? If your version has been discontinued, payroll features and live support are no longer available, which is likely causing these errors.
