Let's try just a basic troubleshooting step to help resolve this issue. Using a private browser/window will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh new page without the cause of any errors or glitches within the product. Here are a few shortcut keys to get you there:
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works successfully using the private browser, then access your account using the original session and clear your browsing history.
