I couldn't access the employee area yesterday either
I'll guide you on how to isolate and fix this issue, @Midbell.
Let's start by logging out and logging back in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO). Doing this refreshes your account and for the changes to take effect.
If this is not the case, I recommend accessing your account in a private or incognito window and viewing your employees' information from there. This way, we can also verify if the issue is caused by the browser's cache.
Cache and cookies are used to help load web pages faster the next time you visit a site. However, too much of this can also affect your browser and QuickBooks performance. Using a private window helps us verify the issue as this doesn't save any cache files.

If you're able to view your employees' details and reports, I propose clearing your regular browser's cache to refresh it. If this is not the case, I recommend using other supported browsers to check and see if this is a browser-integrated issue.

Thanks - I figured this out. I was able to get in with an incognito window. Logged out and cleared all intuit cookies and I can now get to the employee info logging in with Chrome the regular way.
