I'd first recommend paying any outstanding tax deposits, filing forms, and printing payroll reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Then, let's cancel your third payroll account in the Account and Settings menu. That way, it will stop future charges. Please know that we retain the data for six months after the end of the tax year.
Once done, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can securely pull up your account and review your billing information. Also, you can discuss with them about your request to waive your monthly fees. Please check out our support hours before getting in touch with them. Here's how:

In case you need the program in the future, you can resubscribe your online payroll service. You'll have to log into your QBO company as an admin.
