You were using QB Online Payroll, correct? Try to resubscribe your old account to access the historical data.
Let me share how you can access your old payroll, @fleececorp.
To begin with, the forms you've submitted to QuickBooks Online will be retained for two years, which you can access through QuickBooks archives.
Accessing these will require a subscription. Since you no longer have a QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription, I recommend reactivating it for at least one month.
However, if your QuickBooks account remains inactive for a year, all your data will be deleted. In such cases, it's best to contact the IRS to get a copy of your W-2 form.
If you can reactivate your subscription, please refer to this article to learn how to print your W-2s: Print your W-2 and W-3 forms.
Once done, you can check out this article to learn how to run, print, and customize payroll reports: Run payroll reports.
Let me know if you have further concerns about accessing your old payroll account and printing W-2s. Keep safe.
@RogelioL That is a lot of words just to say 'You can have it if you pay us, and be quick about it or it's going in the trash.'
