How do i cancel a scheduled tax sui payment

Thanks for coming in today, @fat_boyzzz.

 

I have some information about canceling a tax payment. Once your payment has been processed or submitted in QBO, we're unable to cancel it. You'll have to contact your state agency for it to stop. Then, delete the payment transaction in QBO for correct tax recording.

 

To delete:

 

  1. Go to Taxes, then select Payroll tax.
  2. Choose View tax payments you have made under Taxes.
  3. Tap the name of the tax payment. Change the date range if necessary.
  4. Click Delete. Then, Yes when prompted. See the image below.
