How do I change state payroll tax payment schedule and pay it myself instead of electronically? QB wants to pay it once a quarter but i pay it weekly through NYS website

Let me help you update your state payroll tax payment schedule in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Make sure the Deposit Schedule is set to weekly. You can follow the steps below to get these done.

1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
2. Choose Payroll settings under the Your Company section.
3. Select your state name under the Taxes section.
   
4. Click the Change or add new schedule link.
5. Click OK.

no it is not resolved. I have a mac and I have tried to call but each time I am put on hold and no one comes back I'm very upset that I had  to go to this payroll when the old one was working fine.

Since it's still having you pay electronically, I'd recommend continuing to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research into what's causing this, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
