The newest mileage trips did not appear to be in QB on-line because QB on-line does not sort in date order. I figured this out and posted a separate question on sorting mileage by date order.

Believe there is a buffering issue as well. If there are a large number of trips recorded by Android QB Mobile (e.g., a long distance, multiple stop, multiple days trips) only so many trips download to QBO. If you exit QBO and log back in the missing trips show up in QBO. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Thought I had lost a lot of data the first time, but it just didn't all get downloaded.
