First, you'll have to verify with the IRS on what 1099 form you should prepare for the owner-operator.
In QuickBooks Online, we only support 1099-MISC and 1099-K. You can check these articles for more information:

This is a little misleading
QBO does NOT do a 1099-K
intuit does that reporting
