How do I print an employees paycheck on my regular paper checks? It is showing a pay stub with two thick blue lines and the wrong layout for a normal check?

How do I print an employees paycheck on my regular paper checks? It is showing a pay stub with two thick blue lines and the wrong layout for a normal check?

Welcome to QuickBooks, @kevin101. I'm glad to have this chance of claiming your first post. 

 

It could be something to do with the Print setup. Let's go to that section so you can choose how your paychecks prints in the system. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the + New option, then select Check.
  2. Enter all necessary information and press the Print check option.
  3. Choose Print setup at the bottom.
  4. Choose Voucher or Standard
  5. Make some necessary changes, then click No, continue setup until it's finished.
