How do I print w-2s from 2016?

I'll share some details and steps how you can print the W-2, 2013l2k.

If you've filed the 2016 W-2 electronically in QuickBooks Online, the system will automatically archived a copy of the form. You can view and print the W-2 form by following these steps:

1. Go to Taxes > Payroll Tax.
2. Under Forms, click the View and Print Archived Forms link under Annual Forms.
3. Select W-2, Copies B, C & 2 from the second drop-down menu.
4. Find the Date archived and click the W-2, Copies B, C & 2 link.
5. Click the View button and print the form.

If you're unable to see the form in the archived, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. They can pull up your account and archived the W-2 Form from 2016, so you can print it.

Here's How:

1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.

For the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Help menu, and select Talk to a human.
2. Choose Talk to a human again. 
3. Proceed with I still need a human.
4. Click the Contact us link.
5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call.
