As sad as we are to see you go, I can help cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription. Just follow these simple steps:
Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
Select the Billing and subscription tab.
In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
Follow the next steps.
Select Submit and cancel subscription.
Select Got it.
After we'll send the account administrator an email that confirms we canceled your subscription. We'll also keep your information for up to a year, where you'll be able to resubscribe at any time and continue where you left off. Let me know if you have any questions by replying below.
If you're unable to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) after following the steps shared by my colleague above, I highly contacting our Phone Support team. They have tools such as screen-sharing (remote access) that can pull up your account and cancel it for you.
