I've got some information to provide about verifying bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.
It could take up to two business days for the little deposit from Intuit to post to your account. If you haven't received your deposit after two business days, I recommend contacting Payroll Support. They'll be able to investigate this further and provide you with the best answer.
Once you're ready to verify the test transactions. follow these: (Note: The two amounts should be less than $1.00 in total)
- From the left pane, open the Payroll tab.
- Select Employees.
- Hit Finish payroll tasks on the main Employee's page.
- Tap Verify the test deposit now.
- Fill in the test deposit amount in both boxes.
- Click on OK.
If you haven't seen the New payroll tasks button, you can follow these steps to verify the test transaction:
- From the Settings icon, choose Payroll Settings.
- Click on Company under Bank Accounts.
- Hit Verify Account, and then type in and confirm the amount.

I'm always glad to help you further. Just leave your reply if you have additional questions about payroll or QuickBooks. Have a good one!
