How do I retrieve/download 1099 for contractors once they are efiled

You can download the filed 1099 forms by logging into your 1099 E-File Service account, sprasad.

I've got the steps on how to do it:

1. Go to this page: 1099 E-File Service.
2. Enter your User ID, Password, and then Sign In.
3. Select the company that you've signed up for the E-File service.
4. Click the Download and print copies for your records hyperlink.
5. In the Download Your 1099 Forms page, click the Download link.
6. Continue with the process to successfully download the form.

I tried this earlier and it worked just fine. I went to print them and it seemed fine. Unfortunately, due to my printer jamming they didn't print. The session timed out and now I can't login or access my information.

I need to submit this information to my vendor. Please help!!

You can always press F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page. Afterwards you can log in your account and print the forms.

If it still shows the timed out session, we can do a few troubleshooting steps. Cache boosts browser's background processes. However, it can also cause issues when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any cache-related issues:

1. Open a private browser and log in to your account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
2. If you can access your account successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
3. Another alternative is to use other supported browsers. Each of them uses different cache.
