How do I undo a payment?

You can delete the payment that was accidentally applied the invoice., rainbowtechdesig.

This will make the status of the transaction unpaid again. Let me share these steps with you:

1. Open the invoice.
2. Look for the 1 payment made link under the Paid status and click on it.
3. Click the date of the payment that's being applied. This will open the payment that was accidentally recorded.
4. Select More at the bottom of the transaction and click Delete.
5. Confirm that you want to delete the payment.
