I have included this link for the employee to use to communicate with them. If you need to update the employee profile with that new phone number. Here's how to update that information in your company file:
1. Go to the Employees tab, then select Employees Center.
2. Double click the employee's name.
3. Choose the Address & Contact and add the new number.
4. Click OK.

As my colleague mentioned above, you'll want to contact QuickBooks Workforce. This way, an agent can review your account in a secure environment and update your employees phone number for you on the Workforce side. You can use the link I've included below to chat with an agent directly.
