How do I update an employees phone number in View My Paycheck or Intuit Work Force?

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community, marijopslomn-com. For this situation, it would be best to get in contact with QuickBooks Workforce. I have included this link for the employee to use to communicate with them. If you need to update the employee profile with that new phone number. Here's how to update that information in your company file:

1. Go to the Employees tab, then select Employees Center.

2. Double click the employee's name.

3. Choose the Address & Contact and add the new number.

4. Click OK.

Click the Reply button if you have any other questions. I'm always here to help. Have a good day!

How do I update an employees phone number in View My Paycheck or Intuit Work Force?

Good morning, @bahuni

Thanks for taking the time to follow along with the thread. I hope you're enjoying the day so far.

As my colleague mentioned above, you'll want to contact QuickBooks Workforce. This way, an agent can review your account in a secure environment and update your employees phone number for you on the Workforce side. You can use the link I've included below to chat with an agent directly.

You'll also want to make the changes in your company file. Here's how:

  1. Select Employees, then Employee Center.
  2. Double-click the employee’s name you want to edit.
  3. Make changes, then select OK.

For additional details about editing employees contact information and navigation help with Workforce, check out the help article's I've included below.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Take care!
