Just to confirm, are you wanting to see the Social Security number for an employee on the Employee Directory report? If so, this option isn't currently available for the report, since it's primarily designed to provide contact information.
The Employee Details report is designed to provide a snapshot of each employee, including tax withholding. This is why there is Social Security information contained on it.
