Let me share some information about what happened when you cancel your TSheets account, Tuffy.
When canceling your account, your timesheets and other account information will be kept. You may access it again by renewing your subscription. Also, all reports and exports will be disabled as well as your payment information will be deleted.
In this case, we recommend removing your TSheets schedule first before canceling your account. For the steps and details, check out this article: Install and uninstall the TSheets schedule. Then, go to the Uninstall TSheets schedule section.
If you already inactivate your TSheetsw account, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and assist you with this one.
Here's how to reach them:
- Go to the Help icon on the top right.
- Enter your concern in the search field.
- Choose Talk to a human.
- Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human.
- Press Contact us.
- Tick Continue.
- Choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
