How do you remove Tsheets?

To disconnect your TSheets Account from your QuickBooks Account you will need to;

• Login to your TSheets Account
• Go to the left side menu and Locate Feature Add-ons
• In the Feature Add-ons Drop-Down Click Manage Add-ons at the bottom
• Then Scroll to your Installed options and Uninstall the QuickBooks option

This will disconnect your TSheets and QuickBooks Accounts, if you need anything else please let us know!

This works if you still have an active account but what if you canceled your account before removing it?

Let me share some information about what happened when you cancel your TSheets account, Tuffy.

When canceling your account, your timesheets and other account information will be kept. You may access it again by renewing your subscription. Also, all reports and exports will be disabled as well as your payment information will be deleted.

In this case, we recommend removing your TSheets schedule first before canceling your account. For the steps and details, check out this article: Install and uninstall the TSheets schedule. Then, go to the Uninstall TSheets schedule section. 

If you already inactivate your TSheetsw account, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and assist you with this one. 

Here's how to reach them:

1. Go to the Help icon on the top right. 
2. Enter your concern in the search field.
3. Choose Talk to a human.
4. Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human. 
5. Press Contact us.
6. Tick Continue. 
7. Choose Message an agent or Get a callback.

This set of instructions does not work.  The integration between Quickbooks Time and Quickbooks Payroll has a complete disaster.

How do I unlink my Quickbooks Payroll (which i still need) from Quickbooks time?

As far as disconnecting these products, I'm happy to help. 

Note: You'll need to be logged into the Admin account, and be the user that originally installed the integration. 

Here's what you'll do:

1. Once logged into QuickBooks Online, from the left menu, select Apps then My Apps.
2. Select the Action ▼ dropdown menu, then Disconnect. Note: If you can't find Disconnect in the menu, select Settings, then locate the Disconnect button on the settings page.
3. Complete the short questionnaire.
4. Select Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.

I am having the same issue. 

1. This integration occurred without my approval. Quicbooks decided to take my tsheets/quickbooks time account and intergrade it with my quickbooks account. I have called support 4 times and no one has been able to assist with unlinking my quickbooks time/formally known as tsheets account with quickbooks.

The customer support has become so bad, and the platform now is terrible as I have had several issues with employees being able to login and the GPS wasn't working, I switched over to clock shark.

Clock shark has been working great

I am giving quickbooks time the opportunity to fix this, but once again I spent 30 mins on the phone with support who was not able to help. I am also a doctor and was in the hospital as I am doing this, I had to hang up as I had patents to attend to.

Quickbooks time seems to be dropping the ball.
