We can create a new Expense account in your Chart of Accounts to categorize the fees in detail. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click New to create a new account.
  3. In the Account Type drop-down arrow, and select Expenses
  4. Under the Detail Type drop-down menu, and choose Travel
  5. Provide a name for the account.
  6. Click Save and Close

For more details about creating a new account, check out this article: Add an account to your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

You can also go to your Chart of Accounts and review your expense account register to see all of your transactions and the account's current balance.

This should help you point in the right direction. Let us know if you have further questions. Have a good one.

I only see Bank Charges & Fees. Is this correct? Or should I create an expense just called "Fees"
