How do you call Support?
I have tried calling and the number says I must go to chat. I've gone to chat 4 times and had 2 call backs no one can help me. So how do you call support

New customer and old customer. We were with another company and now we have separated and we
have QBs. The older company also has quickbooks. So the old company did a backup file and sent it to me
so that I could load all of the employee info from payroll. I can load the file but then it kicks me out to another company and my PW no longer works. Once I do get it into QBs there is no employee data. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, the other user pulls this file for the CPA and has never had an issue. I finally talked with someone and was told the file was either corrupt or empty. I could not get to the other server while I have them on the phone. So I have tried again this morning with the same results. Both places have the same version of QBs.
When you say click the Help Menu in the upper-right hand corner and click Talk to a human. I am logged into the account online and when I click help I do not get the popup you are showing in your previous answer. I also click help in QBs and do not get this option to Talk to a Human. I have done the chat and requested a call back. I get the call then I am told I need one department and not the one I am talking with. Then to go a different chat with a link provided. I have had 2 call backs and 4 chats and each tell me I need someone else. Do I don't really know where to go from here.

If you are referring to employees' payroll data not reflecting in QuickBooks Desktop and they are already entered, there may be a damaged data on the company file you've been working with. We can run the Rebuild Data tool is built-in to fix any company file data issues. Just follow the steps and detail in the Fix data damage on your QuickBooks Desktop company file article. We can also repair your QuickBooks Desktop to fix any damaged components in the software. If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Technical Support Team to help you with this one.

I'm so sorry! I have logged over 55hrs and spoken with 12 different people and NO ONE will help. They also just withdrew over $6k from my business account for NO REASON!!! I am a small business owner and they have ROYALLY screwed me over. my personal cell is [XXX-XXX-XXXX] if Quick Books would like to send me someone to help.

Who is "they"? Are you using QB Desktop or QB Online?
I am using QB essentials. (online) I run a film company and had my account frozen in Feb 2022 and it is insane how many hours I have spent on the phone with this company. DO not use them for your main merchant processor as if one thing goes wrong they will lock your account and it's a nightmare because GreenDot is in charge of the account with QB. They don't resolve issues together.
If you can, get away from QB online as fast as possible. Go read the dozen of horror stories with QB withholding funds for no reason! I'm lucky the bulk of my business is through PayPal and paper checks. When the QB Agarithom froze my account back in Feb 2022 they said it would be 48hrs and everything would be cleared up. And it was super professional.

It's June now and I've lost thousands. Plus I have the statements to back Everything up. I would have gone under because of QuickBooks. But thankfully people paid me the old-fashioned way. The issue is they have a lot of people who place you on hold and don't have the authority to do anything to your account. Basically, phone support is a complete joke.
Looks like your problem is about your merchant service account (i.e QB Payment), correct? You can use a 3rd party payment processor to integrate with QBO.
Thank you for this, unfortunately, they have disabled everything even after I have spent hundreds $$$ on the subscription and Thousands trying to re-open the account they closed on me. I am a very careful planner and had a lot of money set aside for taxes. They took that too, I'm at a loss. I now use other platforms entirely as they almost sunk my business. Now I need them to get a rep to solve the issues on hand.

I'd feel the same way you do in your situation and know that you're making total sense here. I see that you've contacted our Support Team in regards to the funds withdrawn from your business account.
Since this issue involves personal information, I'd still recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. This needs to be examined in a private environment. If you have the ticket/case ID, you can share it with the agent you can speak with. This way, you'll be able to get the details and help you need as soon as possible. Still, utilize the Help icon within your QuickBooks company to connect with them.

I have opened a case on Feb 13th, My bank account is not syncing with quickbooks.
I have spoken to four different support staff and all i am getting a broken record, case is being investigated, no resolution., Support does not let me talk to the manager.
@satishkapoor There really is no "Manager" to let you talk with. It's a complete waste of time to ever ask for one. All you can really do is search the community by using the Search bar at the top of the page, in hopes that there is an answer in another thread that will help you out. Otherwise, it's just contacting "support" repeatedly.

I hear your sentiments. I would feel the same in your situation.
I understand how difficult it is to have such an experience related to your business. And I acknowledge that your concern about the bank account not syncing with QuickBooks deserves a quick response. I have requested updates on the status of this issue from our product engineers, and the most recent update is that it is still being worked on. They are currently putting measures in place to correct this.
Since you've been added to the notification list, you can expect an email once more information is available and the issue has been resolved.
