Hi! I need to do this, but there is no "my profile" to click on. just manage accounts, or change product.

Let me help you access the My Profile option to see your posts.
You can then review your replies, posts, and drafts.
If the same thing happens, let's check to identify if you're experiencing a browser related-issue by using an incognito window. Follow these shortcut keys below to open a private window:
If that works, troubleshoot your main browser by clearing its cache and temporary Internet files. If it's still an issue, try using another supported browser.

There is no "posts" to click on!

I'd like to help and make sure you're able to see your previous posts.
If the troubleshooting steps above didn't work, you may be using a different Intuit account. That's why you're not able to see any posts.
To make sure you're using the right Intuit account. I recommend signing out of all Intuit accounts on your browser, then log back in using this link: https://accounts.intuit.com/service-provider-sso?offering_id=Intuit.sbe.salsa.default&resume=/idp/fy....
Once you sign in to your account, click the My profile option again to see your previous posts.
