Click on your icon (or name) and look for Posts tab and click on that

Thanks for being a part of the Community. We appreciate you being here and participating. To see your Community posts:

  1. Click on your Avatar in the upper right corner of the Community window.
  2. Select My Profile, then Posts.

You can upload an image to customize your profile here if you would like to! Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions and come back anytime to weigh in on other’s questions as well.

Hi!  I need to do this, but there is no "my profile" to click on.  just manage accounts, or change product.

Hello there, @ChristineD65

 

Let me help you access the My Profile option to see your posts.

 

  1. Utilize this link: QuickBooks Community.
  2. If you're signed in, I'd recommend you to sign out and make you sign in with your Community login credentials. 
  3. Click the avatar at the upper-right corner next to the country flag.
  4. Select My Profile

 

You can then review your replies, posts, and drafts.

 

 

If the same thing happens, let's check to identify if you're experiencing a browser related-issue by using an incognito window. Follow these shortcut keys below to open a private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 12 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If that works, troubleshoot your main browser by clearing its cache and temporary Internet files. If it's still an issue, try using another supported browser

 

Visit our Account management page to learn more about running your business in your account.

There is no "posts" to click on!

I'd like to help and make sure you're able to see your previous posts.

 

If the troubleshooting steps above didn't work, you may be using a different Intuit account. That's why you're not able to see any posts.

 

To make sure you're using the right Intuit account. I recommend signing out of all Intuit accounts on your browser, then log back in using this link: https://accounts.intuit.com/service-provider-sso?offering_id=Intuit.sbe.salsa.default&resume=/idp/fy....

 

Once you sign in to your account, click the My profile option again to see your previous posts.
