I already have contractors' W-9s that they filled out (IRS). I am trying to file 1099s but there seems to be no option on QuickBooks Self-Employed to enter or attach their W-9 information to create the 1099s. Can someone help me?

Hi there, @natashababar.

You can only view your contractor's W-9 in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). You'll want to subscribe to our QuickBooks Online (QBO) to file 1099.

QBSE is designed to track your business transactions, income, and expenses. By the time you've to file your taxes, you'll be ready. I got you this article that you can read to learn more about how QBSE works: QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview.

Also, to learn more about 1099 in QBSE, you can check this great article for reference: 1099s in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I've also added these great resources for additional information:

You might also want to check this article in case you want to learn how to create an invoice in QBSE.
