Thanks for getting back here and sharing additional details, greg29.

Have you also logging in to your account in an incognito/private browsing session? There are times that too much cache or browser issues can cause unnecessary notifications inside QBO. We also recommend using a different browser to isolate the issue.

You can use these keyboard shortcuts if you haven't tried them yet:

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

After logging back in, check if you can still see the notification. If not, proceed to deleting cache and other temporary internet files. Here's an article as a guide:  Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online

In any case that you're still seeing it, we need to take a look at your account to check why you're still asked to update the payment details.

To do that, please reach out to our phone and chat support teams. They can verify your account details and make sure that you would no longer receive the message. Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of your QBO account.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human" in the chatbox, then press Enter.
  3. Select Get help from a human.
  4. Click Chat with us or Have us call you.
