I've got you covered, @banddmarket68-gm.

There are two scenarios I can think of based on the details you've shared. First, if you're referring to the Statement of Cash Flows report, this will show the amount of money moving in and out of your business and bank account.

Here's how to filter the report if you wish to see the cash transactions:

  1. Go to the Reports menu, and then choose Statement of Cash Flows from the Business Overview section.
  2. Click on each total for the transactions you'd like to review. From there, select Cash as the Accounting method.
  3. Select Run report.

If you mean you want to see the bank deposit or transfer you've created, then this report won't show the said info since it only reflects the amount of cash you earn from your profit and what you spent.

For more insights, please see this handy resource: Track your cash flow in QuickBooks Online. It contains the different reports that you can run and filter to get a snapshot of your business income and expenses.

Second, if you're referring to the Cash Flow menu, you can refer to this article for more info about it: Get started with the Cash Flow menu.

To get the desired details for the said report, you can customize it. After that, you can memorize it to save a copy for easy future access.

You can always comment back below if you have more questions about managing your cash flows in QuickBooks Online. I'd be happy to lend a hand. Take care and have a good one.
