I am using Paychex Payroll but from 2023 I would like to quickbook payroll. How should I set up my business? Should I import datas from paychex or start as new company?

If you wish to use QuickBooks payroll, you'll have to subscribe to a QuickBooks Payroll Service. To learn more about its features and prices, you can check out this article: Online Payroll services.

For filing purposes, it would be best to have a copy of your payroll data from your previous year once you decided to move to QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Then, manually enter the details into QuickBooks. While the option to import your payroll data in QuickBooks is unavailable, you'll want to enter them through the prior payroll process.
