I can’t cancel my payroll plan.

Hi there, @gettyjubilee-gma.

 

I want to make sure you're able to cancel your account and point you in the right direction. 

 

Please ensure that you signed as Master or Company Administrator on the account, so you're able to cancel the subscription.

 

Before canceling your payroll subscription, make sure you:

  • Complete and process your final payroll
  • Print necessary payroll reports
  • Pay any outstanding tax deposits
  • Process and file any outstanding annual or quarterly forms

 

Once confirm and still unable to cancel, I'd recommend doing primary troubleshooting steps to get rid of the problem. 

 

Rarely, a browser's abundance of cache and temp files can cause unexpected behaviors. First, access your account in incognito to confirm if there's something wrong with your normal browser. 

 

Here are the shortcut keys: 

 

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

From there, re-process the cancelation to examine if it's already functioning well. After that, a notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 24 hours. 

 

If that works, go back to the usual browser, and initiate clear the cache. Using other supported browsers is a great choice too. 

 

If the issue continues, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to review your account and cancel the subscription on your behalf. Let me guide you how:

  1. Go to the Help menu, then choose Contact Us. 
  2. Type your concern in the box and hit Let's talk
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat

   

     4. Complete the needed information, then submit the request.
