I can't find copies of my 1st Qtr 2022 941. And it's grayed out in the payroll system. I may have forgotten to file It? How to go back and do it now? Payments seems to have been made ok, just no 941 and 941-B filed?

Hi there, @HC2022. I'm glad to help you out.

I want to ensure this is taken care of. Let me redirect you to the best support group available to get this addressed right away.

I recommend you reach out to our Contact Support team. They are the only ones who can access your account in a secure environment and verify if you already filed your 941 forms from the 1st Quarter of 2022.

Here's how you can contact them:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.

2. Go to Help (?).

3. Select Contact Us.

4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.

5. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.

However, if you're using QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, you can still create it although it will be the wrong form. You just have to select the proper dates and transfer all the data to the downloaded pdf form and print it. After that, manually submit or email it to the IRS.

To get the form, check out this website: Ways to Obtain IRS Forms and Publications.
