I know how difficult it is when you can't subscribe to QuickBooks, connor-griggs-tr. I'm here to make sure you'll be able to start working on your file again.
I've checked our system for any ongoing issues related to this but found none. I'd recommend subscribing to the program via a private browser to determine if this is a browser-related issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:
Once logged in, resubscribe to QuickBooks. If it does, let's clear the cache of your browser. This removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.
If private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using other supported browsers. They'll also provide you with the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
Additionally, I've included our QuickBooks Self-Employed Overview article for reference. There, you're able to see how the program helps you track everything throughout the year.

There is definitely something wrong with Quickbooks. I again tried on Safari and Chrome and I have no idea what is going on. Here is a screenshot of the error that keeps happening. I'm expecting an invoice to go through that I'm relying on to pay bills, is this going to prevent that from going through? If so, huge inconvenience and causes a cashflow problem with my consulting business... Here is a screenshot.
My company is located in the United States.
Thanks for the update, @connor-griggs-tr.
First off, I noticed that the screenshot you're trying to attach didn't upload successfully. To further investigate what's causing your subscription issue, I suggest re-uploading the screenshot of the error you encountered. This information is a great help so we'll get closer to the resolution.
Meanwhile, you'll want to check your Intuit account to verify that you have a full valid US address entered that matches the payment card you're using. I'll guide you how:

Here you go.. Can you please forward me to a customer support representative? This is very frustrating.
Here you go. Can you please forward me to someone in customer service? This is very frustrating. Apparently you can't upload jpgs either... Here is the error message I get:
"Unable to update your company information. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support."
Can you please save us both time and forward me straight to customer service? This process is slow and incredibly ineffective.
Hello connor-griggs-tr!
Allow me to further assist you in validating your address.
You'll want to check and validate your address through the USPS Zip Lookup Tool to ensure accuracy. Then, you can follow the format given by the tool and enter it in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Also, the JPG file format is supported in QuickBooks Community. You can also save the screenshot in a different supported format like PNG.
If these issues persist after performing the troubleshooting steps shared by my colleague above, I suggest you contact our Support Team. Please note that QuickBooks Community is a public forum and we're unable to call you. Please check this article and you'll see a contact number for our Support Team: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

USPS doesn't recognize my address for the business. This is the most ridiculous load of crap! Please send me an email address of a human being.
