I cannot get to my Intuit online Payroll for Mac.

Here's how:

1. Open the IOP sample file.
2. Choose your state.
3. Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
4. Select Contact us. 

You can reach them within this time: Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST.

The reply is not helping me. I am still having difficulty finding the correct number to call to get help. Remember, even though I can sign in, it is still telling me there are no online payroll companies.

And by the way, I got an email reminder this morning that payday is coming up.

Can you just give me a phone number I can call to  get help. It's my birthday. I don't want to spend all day trying to correct this. 

This is not working to get me to someone to talk to about the problem.
