Currently, we have an ongoing issue where customers, like you, received such an error message while paying payroll taxes electronically. Rest assured our engineering team is in all hands and diligently working to fix this as soon as possible.

 

Therefore, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Care Team and letting our specialists process the payroll tax payment. Also, they can include your email address on file on the list of affected users to receive the coming updates. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Search.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter the error message in the What can we help you with? field.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Click Chat with us or Have us call you.
