This usually happens when you're experiencing browser-related issues. To begin with, you can log into an incognito window to see if you're still getting the error. You can use these keyboard keys to access the window:
With incognito mode, this deletes cookies and browser history leaving your browser clean and easy to access any websites and error-free. After you're logged in, you can rerun payroll. If it works, then go back to the main browser to clear its cache and delete some outdated files that might be the cause of the error. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
However, if you're still experiencing the same thing, I recommend contacting our support team so they can look at this and investigate further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
Furthermore, you can use this list of payroll reports to ensure you'll be able to view some useful information for your business. I've added this article for more details: Run Payroll Reports.

Hi, Darlene.
I hear you, and I appreciate that you've performed the troubleshooting steps my colleague has suggested. Let me help you further resolve the alert while processing payroll.
When running payroll, QuickBooks Online (QBO) marks an employee with a yellow exclamation mark beside the employee name to ensure the accuracy of the payroll paychecks you'll create. Beside the exclamation mark is an indicator of what QBO found missing with the employee info.
Since we've ruled out the possibility of this being a temporary cache problem, we can proceed with reviewing one last time if all necessary employee info is entered. To help in this task, you can follow these steps:
If you still can't proceed with processing your payroll after this, you'll want to contact our Payroll Support team. Rest assured that they have the necessary tools to help you resolve this problem.
For future reference, let me add this article about tracking the time your employees take in QBO: Set up and track time off in payroll.
We're always here in the Community if you have any updates processing your payroll. We're committed to offering ongoing support. Take care.
