I got a message that After 5/31 services like Payroll and payments will no longer work with your version of QuickBooks . What i use is quickBooks enterprise 2018. I was asked to Act Now meanwhile, i dont use payroll. What should i do

The feature you're referring to in the preferences will block most pop-up messages for products and services. Although it's not guaranteed that it will block the message, I encourage you to activate this feature. Keep in mind that the message is there, so you won't forget you lose support and all online functionality.

I'll give a brief overview of the message you received. QuickBooks Desktop sends notification in advance that the services for older versions are scheduled to be discontinued.

If you're not using payroll or other add-on services in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Solutions 2018, your product will still continue to work.

Can I check Turn off pop-up messages for products and services under Preference to avoid getting this message?

Or what action can i take as requested (Act Now)?
