Fixing your payroll issues promptly helps your employees get paid on time. This is the main thing I'll do if you can share with me your specific concern. That being said, I'd want to make it up to you in this Community forum. Both I and other QuickBooks users might be able to help you out.
Depending on the support hours, you can arrange a callback from a live agent so they can contact you securely. This lets you get the help you need without the long wait time. If you're using the Basic, Enhanced or Standard Payroll version, they are available from 6 am to 6 pm PT (Mondays to Fridays) and from 6 am to 3 pm PT (Saturdays). For Assisted Payroll, they are available any time of the day. Let me guide you how.
- Open the software.
- Go to Help from the top menu.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- In the Have a Question? window, click Contact us.
- Give a brief description of your payroll issue.
- Choose Continue.
- Click Get a callback.
