I have cancelled enhanced payroll on QB desktop 1 hour ago, & no confirmation email yet. How long until email comes through?

The confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours, wheelersvc.

I would suggest opening your email and checking your spam or junk folder. If you're unable to receive the email after 24 hours, please give us a call and request to resend the email. If you would not receive an email from us, you can get a callback from our payroll specialist.

Here's how to contact them:

1. From the main menu, click Help.
2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your key board.
3. Click Contact us.
