I'm here to help show the cost rate of your employee, @gjustyna2.

You may haven't yet added the hourly cost rate of that certain employee on the Project page. I'll guide you how.

  1. Go to the Projects menu.
  2. Click the Hourly cost rate button.
  3. Select Add next to the employee’s name.
  4. Click the Calculator icon to pull up the cost calculator.
  5. Add your employee’s hourly wage and employer taxes, then select Add.
  6. Click Save and Done.

I feel your pain. NONE of my employees Hourly Cost Rate shows up on the Overview of the project. It is as if we have NO costs associated with any project. I can run a Project Report on Time Cost and the Hourly Cost Rate is visible but it will not populate on the Overview. I spent 1.5 hours with a helpful QB agent but she too was frustrated and could not solve the problem. Sigh**
