I have no one to train me. Where can I get a manual for QuickBooks Online?

Welcome to QuickBooks Online!  While we don't have manuals, the are some great tutorial videos online to help get you started.  Check out this link:

There are also some great, detailed videos on YouTube uploaded by accountants who use QuickBooks Online that go much more in-depth.  The link I sent you is a good starter; after that, I would search YouTube for QuickBooks Online tutorials for further information.

are there any manuals you would recommend?  some clients prefer paper manuals to training videos - looking for a manual to offer them.

Thank you for joining us here in the Community about the guide you need for your clients. Allow me to chime in and provide clarification about the available guides for QuickBooks Online.

For the Online version, the user guides available are the Community articles and video tutorials only. For now, the only workaround is to print the available resources online.

You can take screenshots of the videos or print a copy of the online articles. Check out these links:
