I have submitted all of my paperwork for electronic filing and paying state employment tax but QBO is not providing an update and service reps do not help, what is next?

State efile accounts can take 45 days or longer to get set up. It’s dependent on the state agency. You could try contacting the agency itself to see if your account has been created and if so, get your account number. Once you have that, you can contact our support team and they can add it to your account.

 

I see you’ve mentioned you have reached out to our support team. Because of the sensitive nature of payroll accounts, you will need to connect with them so they can verify some information and look up your account in a secure environment. Here’s how: Contact Support
