I'm trying to avoid extra fees when taking payments on quick books. I had seen a yearly program for $350 but can't seem to find it. Can anyone assist?

I'm here to share more details about the subscription prices of QuickBooks Online (QBO), marenacruces-yah.

When subscribing to QBO, you'll be given a chance to enjoy either the 30-days trial or 50% discount for three months. That means, we can choose one offer only and these are one-time discounts and pay the full amount once it ends. The same goes with the 30-days trial. You can check our pricing through our Plans & Pricing page. I've included these articles if you want to upgrade your subscription or locate your subscription renewal date.

For the $350 yearly program, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and help you with your inquiry. You may send a message via chat, call us at a time convenient to you, or we’ll get in touch with you instead. To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST. See our support hours and types for more details about this one. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Feel free to visit our Account Management page for more insights about managing your Intuit accounts.

You can always update us on the result after reaching out ur support in the comment below. I'd like to ensure this is resolved for you. Take care always.

You may utilize a 3rd party payment processor to accept ACH for free. Are you run a B2B or B2C company?
