With all types of payroll, excluding Enhanced, you can access your forms online to view as a PDF. From there, you can print them out. Here's how it's done in QuickBooks Online Payroll:
1. Go to Taxes, then click on the Payroll Tax tab.
2. Hit the Forms tab, and select which form you want to view, print, or save to your computer.
