I need to have 2 seperate payroll direct depost accounts for my 2 different pay cycles. How can I do this?

Let me provide some details about setting up direct deposit in QuickBooks, scupatch.

Direct deposit in QuickBooks Online Payroll only allows a single bank account during setup. At this time, there isn't an option to add a second bank account on any given company file. I'd encourage you to send feedback to let our engineers know that you need such an option. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.

What accounting software would you recommend transferring our accounting to since quickbooks is unable to support our requirements?

Thanks for the quick response, @scupatch. Let me chime in and share additional insights about your concern with QuickBooks.

We cannot recommend another accounting software that will support your business requirements. Though QuickBooks allows integration with several third-party apps and software.

You can search the Apps menu to see trusted applications that can integrate with QuickBooks or follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Apps menu from the left panel.
  2. In the Search box, enter a product.
  3. Choose an app to review.
  4. When you understand the terms and consider it the right app, hit Get the app now.

If you have further questions about the app you selected, I recommend contacting their customer service team.

Also, I understand there's some features from different programs that aren't in QuickBooks. Please know that we're taking notes of your feedback and suggestion to consider adding in the future.

For now, you can directly send feedback to our product engineers by going to the Gear icon, then selecting Feedback. This way, they can review your suggestion and consider it based on the number of requests and its impact on the product.

I'm adding these articles to learn what to do after running direct deposit paychecks.

Keep me posted if there's anything else I can help you with. I'm always around whenever you have follow-up questions.
