I have this same issue. Employee did not receive their direct deposit, but I received notification that it was processed. Did intuit not process a file or something???

I am having the same issue. Payroll was processed as normal and well before the cutoff. Direct deposit receipt was received, but no employees received their direct deposit. Waiting impatiently for a call back from Intuit.
Same thing happened to me. I got an email receipt but no money has been taken from account or deposited to employees. It’s dang near impossible to get qb’s on the phone. Grrr if y’all hear anything please share
Our payroll was not deposited either. Anyone getting any help from QuickBooks? Their helpline is shut down!!!
Yes! It says the channel is closed when I try to get help.

I understand how frustrating this is and how important it is for our customers to pay employees on time and promptly.
Right now our team is aware of this issue with direct deposits and is working on getting this resolved ASAP. Currently, the bank/financial institution has until 5 pm to deposit the money to the employee accounts.
Regardless, we're actively tracking each of our affected customer accounts to see if we can provide a more accurate time frame and get employees paid sooner. It's very important that you DO NOT cancel payroll and create paper checks. We'll monitor the situation closely and keep you all included in any updates as they come to us here in the Community.

My chat and talk with a human options are offline, so I have not been able to speak with anyone. Is anyone else having that issue? It frustrating to not be able to chat with anyone in real time.

If payroll is not completed by 4:00 pm, I will have to cancel direct deposit and issue paper checks as my employees need their money today, not tomorrow.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The bank/financial institution has until 5 pm to deposit the money to the employee accounts. Rest assured, funds will be deposited within today.
