I want to unsubscribe. How can I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe your QuickBooks Self-Employed from the Account and Settings page. I'll walk you through the steps on how to do it below:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select select Billing Info..
  3. Select Cancel now, then enter your feedback when prompted.
  4. Click Continue to cancel to completely close your account.

If you require assistance from our dedicated QuickBooks Self-Employed specialist, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Open QBSE on a web browser.
  2. Select Assistant from the top bar.
  3. Ask general questions like “How much have I made this year?” or “How many business miles did I log?”
