I would like to know how to clear scheduled Payroll Tax liabilities. I pay the liabilites myself each week. Is it possible to clear these?

In just a few steps, you'll have your Scheduled Payroll Tax Liabilities cleared in no time. Here's how:

  1. Click the Employees tab at the top menu bar.
  2. Select Payroll Center.
  3. Go to the Pay Liabilities tab.
  4. Below Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities, put a check mark on the tax you want to pay.

       5. Click View/Pay.

I have a question relating to the same question above. I have already paid the liabilites that show in the pay liabilities window. How can I remove/delete them?

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about deleting a liabilities payment in QuickBooks. I'm happy to share with you the steps on how to do it. 

 

Here’s how: 

 

 

  1. Go to the Pay Liabilities tab.
  2. From the Payment History screen, click the transactions.
  3. Click Delete on the top of the screen and hit OK to delete the payment.
