There are several ways on how to reset the password, depending on the products you're using. I'll show you how:
For QBO, let them follow the steps on how to reset the password for QuickBooks Online.
- Go to qbo.intuit.com.
- Select I forgot my user ID or Password.
- Enter your phone number, email address, or User ID.
- Hit Continue.
- Follow the onscreen instructions. If you used your email address or User ID to verify your account, then you'll receive an email with a password reset link.
