Can anyone help me? Ive lost my phone and cant log into my account to view my paychecks

We can reset your password, Mhall31088.   

 

There are several ways on how to reset the password, depending on the products you're using. I'll show you how:

 

For QBO, let them follow the steps on how to reset the password for QuickBooks Online.

 

  1. Go to qbo.intuit.com
  2. Select I forgot my user ID or Password.
  3. Enter your phone number, email address, or User ID. 
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions. If you used your email address or User ID to verify your account, then you'll receive an email with a password reset link.

Also, if you need further assistance with the process, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team. They have tools like screen sharing that can help them reset the password securely.
