I can see how the option to organize according to your desired format would benefit you, especially if you have a large number of employees. However, this is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online.
I want you to know that your idea is great. Thus, I encourage you to submit feedback to our Product Development Team. They look through them for future updates and use those suggestions to develop changes for the product.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under the Profile column, click Feedback.
- Share your idea, then hit Next.
You'll want to track your suggestion through this website. You can also visit our blog to keep up with all of our recent events and developments.
