This is still an ongoing issue where customers will encounter a System Error. " there was a problem determining the tax payment and/or form filing dues for the clients. Please go to the individual client's To-Do Page for more information". Rest assured, our engineers are working together for the permanent fix.
As a workaround, you can access the URL to https://iop.intuit.com/in/pay/default.jsp to successfully load the account.
Once done, please reach out to our Payroll Support Team fro them to add you to the list of affected users. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and send you an email notification once there's an update on this issue.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern.
- Click Let’s talk.
- Choose Get a callback.
- Type in your contact info.
- Select Confirm my call.
