Currently, we're unable to see this information a 4 digit pin is a security pin that is generated by EFTPS and in QuickBooks Desktop. Once you entered security information it will be replaced by star * character to avoid being viewed by other users or supports.
If you can't remember your PIN and the password, you'll want to contact the EFTPS to they can resend it. You can read their FAQs for more details.
